Do you what's the main thing stopping us ? We need free land , electricity , food , water , infrastructure , transportation , permision , legal set-up and tax for 1 year If today i proposed this infront of ministers then automatically everyone will reject it and no matter it's congress or any other party in power. It's because nobody supports this schemes .
