Every time an app gets banned, some local alternative pops up. Is this about national security, or is it just a way to push Indian companies while blocking competition?

People will just start using VPNs or find alternative ways to access these apps. Blocking apps doesn’t solve anything in the long run. If the government really wants to protect users, they should focus on cybersecurity awareness instead.
