They give some zepto cash in your wallet, then send you a notification to use it, but when you try to, you get a message saying it's not available at this time. so it's forever unusable. just yesterday I ordered some stuff from zepto cafe, showed 7 min, took more than half hour to deliver, finally delivered incorrect items, and did not issue a complete refund. got back only 120 from the 150 that I had paid. I am not going to be using zepto ever again.
