Last I checked they had approximately 1,521,000 employees working full and half time in Amazon. So okay I get it the team size should be lean and agile for speed but how many teams does that make? I mean if to you keep team size small in a big company, you end up increasing the number of teams to accommodate pizzas...you're ordering the same number of pizzas. Am I missing something here? šŸ˜‚
