I think this idea is good but this is not working in India Indian mindset is not a rich mind set Indian middle class family is also prefer per minute cloths not a temporary in 1000 I hope you understand bro 🤔 best of luck

Maintaining a minute by minute log of employees is something that only an Indian middle manager would do.
BTW - this is for a company called Rippling.
It can be seen on the graph. There are 3 income segments which differ wildly from each other.
0-90% is the poorer class. 90-99% is the middle class. Top 1% is rich.
The average Indian is poor.
