How can a common middle class (currently in debt) person start a startup?

middle class is completely f*cked up. tell me i am wrong almost every middle aged middle class person who has a family is financially, mentally stressed no work life balance for most, layoffs, emis, health issues and what not.

I need investor for my startup were common middle class people's invest in commercial real estate. Please let me know if anyone interested to work with me.
