Honestly, just delete the app and use it's web version if there's any important stuff that you need to do.
or you can also Download an app called Stayfree which allows you to block certain sections of the app like Reels etc
You Can Easily Download or open any link on Medial web version even copy text of any post .
Sadly they are not allowing this in app version even links are not opening
