Elon musk takes a smart move to make relations with customers. He built the underground tunnel just for teslas in Los Angeles (infamous for its traffic congestion). With this he created the controlled environment where Teslas with autopilot and Full Self-Driving could perform optimally, without unpredictability of human drivers or traffic signals. It's a great way of Tesla promotion and facility for customers.
