So to solve the returns issue and the losses it causes on ecommerce businesses, you want to create another ecommerce business? And you then punish people basically for returning so they won't return? I think this way no one will buy only.

returning is possible, but if there really is a reason that is , I saw many people ordering and then cancelling just to test out stuff , and the customer support will be always active so if they really faces problems , they just need to share it to the customer care staff and we will accept the return request. I just want it that people don't order and cancel just for their pleasure.. it just makes it hard for new beginners as they face the rto charges , think of it that way instead of punishment thing
