Hey tell me is it normal? I been talking to many potential customer for idea validation but when I ask them about there problems they don't know it in the first place that they are going through this problem but when I remind them about that particular problem for what we are working on then they say oh yes this is really a big problem for us . Is this normal for all founder?

Founders ka pata nahi. But yup it happens with me a lot. When i hear any solution or idea Validation, i think that it was a problem.

Yes that's the normal thing for every founder firstly most of the customer thinks that you're charging extra

Yes.. they won’t open up initially, that’s why experimenting with your mvp becomes really essential. Even if you think it’s a product market fit, it might not be in scale

Customer generally don't know what they it's mostly founder's work to figure out. Sometime people say something and behave otherwise.

First rule of product management: never ask user what the problem is. Ask them to tel you the story of what's pain point is to them. And then derive the problem and solution.

Founders have to be very perceptive tbh, if your customers are having to knit pick on the problems they are facing, maybe you’re the one with the wrong questions/problem and/or the solution. It comes with experience and instinct.
