Board members have approved to change the name from 'Zomato Ltd' to 'Eternal Ltd'
They approved this change in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the company, highlited in a exchange filing
No. They can't just do it like that.
lots of regulations and also they need to make it public & publish it cause now zomato is listed in stock market. So investors should be aware of this
I am not sure why brands when they perform average they just want to do the ceo as a brand.
Pay lots and lots on marketing and ceo’s image building. (talking about ZOMATO). Every post or reel has “Dipendsr goel” in it. Not Zomato.
