This kind of thinking is why we get disasters like WeWork and Theranos. Sure, Adam Neumann and Elizabeth Holmes didn't 'overthink' - they just acted. How'd that work out? We need MORE careful thinking in business, not less. Just look at how Deepinder Goyal carefully built Zomato over years.
