This is the best time time to build SAAS wrappers or Consumer Apps as the models get dirt cheap. here are some free ideas from Greg to steal (ai, ai agents, saas, consumer) Identifying real problems and making solutions using AI has never been cheaper. Consumers don't care about the AI model use. As always, distribution will be the moat. Build your app and do not delay monetisation.

100% agree, execution is distribution. For example Duolingo, it’s not the best language app technically, but their gamified marketing, mascot marketing, etc. crushes the competition. If you’re building an AI consumer app, focus on virality from day one.
