Good idea, it can work, I think I have seen another startup who is doing this - that also validates your idea. Rather than stores or chakki, focus on D2C with a few production centers and more distribution channels, else it will be hard to manage, too nany things and too much noise.

If you remember, could you share the startup’s name? that was also my inital concern. To get a headstart initially, my plan was to build a chakki house (sort of a dark store) that will cater to upto 5kms range. Stores will come in later as it’s capital and operational heavy.
