B2B Business Model Explained with a Funny Situation Imagine you open a chai stall outside Infosys office.( where workers work 70hr ) You make the best cutting chai, and employees love it as that's the only break they get at Infosys. Now, this is a B2C (Business-to-Consumer) model: you sell directly to chai-loving techies. But one day, the office HR comes to you and says, "Bhai, daily 200 log chai peete hain. Ek kaam kar, humse contract le le. Har mahine hum tujhe bulk mein ₹50,000 denge, tu bas chai supply kar regularly, so that hum sab ko chai pila k 70hr kama Kara sake " Now, instead of selling one cup at a time, you’re supplying in bulk to the whole office. Congratulations! You’ve just entered B2B (Business-to-Business). In simple terms: B2C : Direct to customer (Ek ek chai bechna, mast profit par thoda mehnat zyada). B2B : Selling in bulk to businesses (Ek hi deal mein ₹50K, but regular supply ka tension). That’s why B2B startups like Udaan, IndiaMART, and Razorpay make billions :they don’t sell to customers, they sell to businesses. That's why you rarely see their ads as they are B2B not B2C.

India's B2B market is roughly twice the size of its B2C market, contributing a significant portion to the nation's economy.
