back in 2015 I started south bangalore's first cloud kitchen delivering food only at night, I was in 5th sem at the time. I ran it for 3-4 months my average sale was 2 lakhs per month and profits fed me and my 10 other friends who helped in between.
After running it for 4 months, I shut down the kitchen, paid 2 of my chefs, sold all equipment and went to sunburn bengaluru to party with my friends. All profits were invested into fun. profits were about 35%.
