I am starting a f&b consultancy. As we know out of 100 restaurants 70-75% closes within a year so I am looking for a person with a specialization in kitchen operations. We will be dealing with all kinds of challenges such as food license, Third party integration, Social media marketing, Minimizing Operational cost etc.
