back in 2015 I started south bangalore's first cloud kitchen delivering food only at night, I was in 5th sem at the time. I ran it for 3-4 months my average sale was 2 lakhs per month and profits fed me and my 10 other friends who helped in between. It changed me for good, I got 25 lakhs offer for 20% on the first night before I even had a menu(rejected it, didn't want to leave college) . I ran it from 1 bhk for a month and then got kitchen. me and my friends delivered it and avg order value was 500-600rs and we ran it from 10 to 4 am and i invested my laptop money into it. we made a website as well and after shutting it down sold it to another restaurant for 5k and few others were interested as well. business name as midnite hunger (earlier was midnight Genie). I think fb page still exists.
