What’s your view on therapy/hypnotherapy? Please share your experience if you’ve gone through it. Because… Last night, while I was out with a couple of acquaintances, I realised another bias of mine, I have recommended my friends to go for therapy but just never bothered myself. I came to understand how far I still am from accepting assistance with my mental health when one of them mentioned having quit smoking and what worked was ✨hypnotherapy✨. Immediately felt skeptical about going under hypnosis but when they said it’s through a mobile app and that it’s all tech, I felt more relieved and actually considered using it. I feel more comfortable with an app helping me with my issues than someone who’s a trained professional in their field. It’s made me feel so strange since last night.
