Reliance is now going all-in when it comes to grocery delivery through their platform, JioMart. While you'll be charged ₹100+ on a ₹50 order on qcom platforms like Zepto, JioMart has no minimum order value. Also You'll not only be charged a single fee but also get additional discounts While it’s a great deal considering most Indians care just about prices, the issue is that JioMart's service is just terrible! I have placed 3-4 orders on JioMart, and each of them was incomplete without a complaint from my side. Thus, if Reliance doesn’t solve this, customers might use JioMart a few times but will eventually stop using it. Also, I watched Backstage with Millionaires’ video where they mentioned JioMart is offering 20-30 minute delivery, but personally, I haven’t been able to see that. What do you think? Will Reliance be able to beat the qcom giants?
