PRATHAM Reviews - 2 Shark Tank India S1 best to worst :From Ice Pops to Virtual Flops • Most Of us would agree that the best deal in S1 was Skippi Ice Pops. They didn’t just sell frozen treats; they sold childhood memories in a ₹1 crore deal for 15% equity. Pre-tank, they had ₹75 lakh in monthly sales, proving there was a real demand for their product. Post-show, Skippi’s sales skyrocketed, reportedly growing 40x ( not confirmed) . The reasons? Market validation, a scalable product, and the universal love for sugary ice on a stick. Skippi's product was awesome. They cracked the distribution game. • On the flip side, Loka’s story is a masterclass in how you can get funding using buzz words like " Metaverse", " Web 3 " ," VR " . The metaverse app promised virtual cities and digital escapism but came to the tank with nothing but an idea and zero revenue. A Random stupid Game that literally no one would play. Back in 2003 Rockstar made GTA 3 that was way way way better than that shit. Sharks invested ₹40 lakh for 24% equity, betting on a futuristic vision without real-world validation. Unsurprisingly, Loka , struggling with execution, copyright issues( used assets from PUBG , Marvel and other copyrighted assets ) , and an inability to gain traction. The irony? While Skippi delivered tangible childhood joy, Loka offered imaginary worlds no one logged into. Lesson: the only thing colder than ice pops is betting on the metaverse before it has a map. In Your opinion, What's the best and worst deal in Season 1 in which sharks invested.
