Effective brainstorming sessions can reveal unique market opportunities. 1] Mind Maps:- Diagrammatic representation to visually organize information into a hierarchy Begin with brainstorming a central idea, imagine a creative representation of the content around the central idea, and create connections between the center text and the sub-topics 2] SWOT analysis:- SWOT analysis is used to identify an organization's Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. It is usually organized in a matrix with four quadrants, each representing one of the SWOT elements 3] SCAMPER:- Substitute: What components can be swapped? Combine: Can elements be merged to form new concepts? Adapt: What changes can be made to fit other needs? Modify: Can design or functionality be enhanced? Put to another use: Are there other applications for the product? Eliminate: What can be removed to simplify the solution?
