I don't like th Zomato's app interface,over pricing when compared to actual restaurant prices,surge charges and the customer support is also bad, customer support in swiggy is worst I have seen,they want us to email for the issue and bots reply most of the time in app.

Zomato have much more resturant in it than Swiggy But, always foods are not up to mark. And food delivery taken more than 50 minutes in tire 3 city for 3km distance... Zomato's hyperpure is the next big thing. Also blinkit is the next money making company for them. Offcourse ONDC success can ruin their buisness model. They have to evolved their buisness with ONDC otherwise they can vanish from market.

Edge is their network (largest food delivery fleet in south east asia) It’s definitely missing out some parts and pieces of logistics, I believe they are still experimenting how it can be made more efficient with single trolly and other methods. Potential opportunities definitely lie in blinkit and quick commerce. Potential threat: Flipkart is coming with billions to spend here, with backing from walmart.
