Edge is their network (largest food delivery fleet in south east asia) It’s definitely missing out some parts and pieces of logistics, I believe they are still experimenting how it can be made more efficient with single trolly and other methods. Potential opportunities definitely lie in blinkit and quick commerce. Potential threat: Flipkart is coming with billions to spend here, with backing from walmart.
