One main challenge is the existing competition, Licious. How are you different from them? You said that your target audience is service kitchens. What method are they currently using and how is it better than your e commerce? My understanding of ecommerce is simply that you want something online you get it online. The existing setup of the service kitchens do not require such a service in my opinion, because their orders differ slightly day-to-day and they'll usually get the job done with a phone call. Ecommerce can work in the plane where the customer's needs are irregular.
