I believe that there should be a work life balance. I don't completely agree with how China and Japan boosted their economy. But on the contrary, if you are an employee and you actually enjoy your work, it's not like you're working at all. Japan and China motivated their employees that way, I believe. Here, they are only behind countless hours of work without any benefits. Regardless of whether you like it or don't, you have to do it. I believe in a 4 work day week. It may not boost the economy very much but at the same time, you get to appreciate your personal life and your work life. A happier employee will dedicate more valuable hours than a sad employee.
