Exactly but everyone has different personalities to showcase their image infront of society and nowadays mostly entrepreneurs are focusing on building personal Brand image that is really important for getting fund's , networking , alliances , opportunities and many things so our business warfare is changing rapidly and you need to understand that Adaptability is really important for competing against new generation also traditional style of business is also good for introverts but if you asked me then i will say just Integrate both methods and play properly.
