When a box is free from humidity and moisture, the crispiness naturally increases. This is because puris are made from flour and if you place a flour-based roti in a normal environment then it will eventually become hard which proves that reducing moisture enhances crispiness for the end customer. Nowadays there are hundreds of packaged drinks that contain small quantities of preservatives like Monosodium Glutamate, Capsaicin, and Aspartame. These preservatives make the food more addictive to consumers.
