When a box is free from humidity and moisture, the crispiness naturally increases. This is because puris are made from flour and if you place a flour-based roti in a normal environment then it will eventually become hard which proves that reducing moisture enhances crispiness for the end customer. Nowadays there are hundreds of packaged drinks that contain small quantities of preservatives like Monosodium Glutamate, Capsaicin, and Aspartame. These preservatives make the food more addictive to consumers. Similarly by using a few organic preservatives even we can enhance the flavors more of panipuri's water's and improve its overall quality just tell me you're getting 10rs pani puri in pack where you just need to open it and consume it with your hand with full hygeine and comes with different flavours that is even not available for street vendors so that's exclusive deal for end user
