Thats not possible as you say . its super hard and really a challenge to make a AI that can replicate human employee level, instead can make something that can help those employees

All i know is if i don't do it someone else would get it done. The idea is already in the market. Top management keep complaining there is lack of skills. Better build an AI version of an employee charge from both the employee as well as the employer.
