Actually the reason is that we all like quick service! and since we all are now habituated to 10 min grocery, all brands are trying to do offer same service is various domains like food, clothing, etc. Also, even we as customers have kinda became lazy and thus we opt for these services. Once even Jeff Bezos said, "I don't know what the future customers will want, but I'm sure that they it asap. Thus I work to make delivery fast!".
