No brother, this concept is specifically for new construction and under-construction projects. We do not charge anything to buyers at all. The revenue model is developer-based, where the developers pay us a service fee. This eliminates the need for middlemen and extra costs for buyers, making the process more transparent and cost-effective. It’s designed to genuinely benefit both buyers and developers.
