How much attention do you pay to small details like user behaviour, user preferences, human behaviour and psychology or how a particular group of people or people with particular personality type interact with the type of product you are building ? And other details like who different sections of the UI UX must be placed so that it becomes handy for the user. How to make them engaged on the platform anyhow ? (Engagement increase chance of purchase, I heard it somewhere) How to make the interaction playful ? How to plan the funnel ? What / how to offer they cannot resist (not a generic method ) but going much into depth ? Are they taking your #SaaS name as a synonym for the product! I know these sound much like a multi billion dollar company project but still at smaller level, do you do these things or how do you approach these things.
