I'm planning to build a startup where other startup can list their company for particularly preseed & seed round with all the details, reports, founder's background, vision, future goals, next 5 years projection, etc are available for every single person. Founder will just post how much he/she wants to raise with the valuation, people can bid accordingly and any investor can choose their own invest amount. Once these rounds completed only investors can see the growth by going into that particular page.
