many companies Tried and badly failed even in developed nations like China where sequrity is good and nowadays it's considered bad solution because any one can buy EV but definitely if somehow you create ev scooter 🛴 for students that's under 50k or import Chinese made small size scooter then you can easily target school , college , coching , working professional and other class of india but still at the end of the day you need to offer end to end modified solutions for this .

Agreed you can easily buy a scooter. but the issue is parking! you can't just drop your cycle or bike anywhere. And for eg if you take train or metro to work, this will help a lot to travel between your home and station
