Can someone explain why these Qcom food delivery startups like Swiggy and zepto are still in loss? Are they faking the results. They are charging high amount on food delivery + surcharge + delivery. I don't understand it

They are exactly charging high to become a profitable company, which most will become, if it’s high for you, meaning the surcharge, and you avoid it, then it’s simply not for you, but there is a huge market based out of gratification
