You can get each lead for ₹10 if you optimise ads properly and make sure to keep minimum order as 200 give them free delivery if order above 500 or charge them, if you need any help reg setting quick commerce website or app reply me

Through white labelling imo. When they they sell their own atta, masalas on their platform, margins will be better, might lead to profitability.

The only way quick commerce companies can become profitable is to try and increase the average order value of customers by which after certain time because of the economies of scale they can become profitable.

Just stop offering discounts and charge delivery fees. They are profitable..untill now all are habituated and thus I don't think there would be loss of a lot of customers (not more than 50%).
