Hello Guys 🤠, What do you think, How can Quick Commerce companies be profitable? What are the strategies I have to make to become profitable 🚀, Pls give suggestions ❓

Just stop offering discounts and charge delivery fees. They are profitable..untill now all are habituated and thus I don't think there would be loss of a lot of customers (not more than 50%).
