most of the senior management people literally everyone in the company started leaving the company. The same ceo who said i was the best guy to rely upon data, claimed to be the go to guy , who worked for 2.5 yrs in that company.. just because I dropped the paper.. suddenly became the villain. my cmo left, my coo left everyone felt the same.. my colleague who dropped paper recently going through the same, that is why I posted this. micromanagement is fine unless until it is ok who does it.. suppose you are an assistant manager, any report supervision is done by your senior manager, followed by business head. The CEO's job is to manage things at a larger level and not to sit and analyse some basic mis.
