In my previous org, the ceo was doing a lot of micro management, it was way too much e.g.frequent cross checking and manually going through the entire data work, that was one of the main reasons I left the job. when I put down my paper the scrutiny was there for everyday and the questions very rude and personal it was very harsh i can sense that in all my meeting I was questioned for nothing. she decided i should not live in peace. This was their routine when people decided to leave the company they should feel like hell. why do CEO's and upper management people behave like this? once an employee decides to leave an org treat them with respect and don't burn the bridge. I lost the respect for that person who I considered as a leader once but now just a mere person.
