I built a genuine connection with my client. A few days ago, one of my existing clients reached out to me for help with a project. I wasn’t completely sure about the project, but since she needed it urgently, I decided to help her. I was upfront with her and shared that I wasn’t 100% confident, but I would do my best to assist. After putting in a lot of effort together, we managed to complete the project, even though the result wasn’t entirely satisfactory. Despite that, after the payment was completed, she was extremely grateful to me. This experience helped us build a genuine connection Now, she has promised to assign all her future projects to me. The key takeaway here is that building a genuine connection with your clients can turn them into permanent clients and they even refer you to others. Most people focus only on one-time service without considering how the customer feels or what their requirements are. They work according to their own convenience. Share your story 🖤
