WB Govt is setting up a Food Processing Unit in Siliguri to produce maize, poultry feed & various products. It will start operations by 2025. Food Processing Dept is also looking to set up a Mishti Hub in Northern Bengal to meet the demands of Sweet Meat Sellers of the region.
