I personally think the first fundraising the founder do they start cash burn very very fast.

stuck in fake validation like celebrating selection in startup programs for some f**ing technical credits, building hype over social media, not knowing the industry but putting your nose into it, not having backup plans, thinking your idea is so called UNIQUE 🤡, never share in public and coz they feel someone steal, no having team trust, procrastinate too much but doing little. Advice: Real validation is your customer's feedback, build something until unless shut your f***ing mouth 🤐, never thought yours is UNIQUE if it is then you are in bubble.... many more things to tell but these are some key points mark it will help you alot. 👍🏻 Medial Showcase is real gig where you get real feedback but phir bhi go and meet in person with your customers.... will open your eyes fs Make mistakes and learn from it also learn from others mistake too.. kya kya batao yaar tbh bahut kuch h is topic me bolne ko 😂

I’ve often heard founders getting duped in the fundraising process, not being careful about the exact terms and conditions can be dangerous. What you might be building might not even be yours 🙊

Choose the wrong market to adress

Unko lagta hai ki unka product best hai feedback pe work nahi karte or sabse badi baat sales pe focus ni karte or jabtak aware hote h tb tk late ho chuka hota h

I guess, focusing too much on the product and not enough on the customer.

Being overly enamored with the technical side of the business at the expense of other critical functions.

I think the biggest mistake is not having enough self-belief and conviction in your idea. If you're constantly second-guessing yourself and looking for validation, you'll never have the tenacity to push through the inevitable challenges. Founders need to be true believers in their mission.

Not listening to their customers. Too many founders get stuck in an echo chamber, building what they think the market wants instead of truly understanding their users' pain points and desires. The number one job of a founder is to solve a real problem, not just execute on your own vision.

Only focus on building the product perfect and not on distribution
