I’ve often heard founders getting duped in the fundraising process, not being careful about the exact terms and conditions can be dangerous. What you might be building might not even be yours 🙊
Founders need not be great at fundraising.
As against what most VCs/PEs/institutional investors want, I do not believe that founders have to be great at fundraising. Fundraising is only a part of running a company and that too a non-core part. The

Open ai launched Chatgpt Pro for $200/month.
