Zepto is growing really fast and thats the reason for these types of mismatches But they definitely need to recreate their culture However employees also need to understand that these types of practices are followed by many private companies to gain a competitive position in the market. They are also developing many projects, so in my opinion, this is good for employees. Employees who work until they achieve a sustainable market share will definitely benefit, just like Swiggy employees did. If you don’t like the culture, then either switch or wait until everything becomes easier in the market. This is a critical time for them, as they need to perform in the market in front of giants like Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, and other quick-commerce apps. Their market share is increasing day by day, which is a positive sign for Zepto's future.
