The Real Game of Delivering Value Hey, guys! Today, I want to break down a simple but powerful concept in business. Some of you might already know bits and pieces, while others might be completely new to it. But listen up, because this is where so many businesses go wrong. I was scrolling recently and came across something that really hit home. Most businesses don’t make it to the end. Why? Because they miss the bigger picture. They don’t truly understand the market, they don’t know how to deliver real value, and—here’s the kicker—they often don’t even fully understand their own product’s purpose. Let me be clear: it’s not just about your product. The main game is in how well you can deliver something valuable to the customer. That’s it. It’s about creating value that stands out from the competition. Take Mercedes, for example. There are thousands of car brands out there, so why do people specifically go for a Mercedes? It’s not just because it’s a car; it’s because Mercedes offers the best in luxury and quality. They understand what their target audience values most, and they deliver it in a way that no one else does. That’s the magic. So, here’s what you need to focus on: 1. Understand What People Actually Need. Forget about how fancy or expensive your product is. What really matters is whether your product provides what people genuinely need. Start from there. 2. Check Your Key Boxes. Before launching anything, make sure you can confidently answer these questions: Is this product something people want and would actively seek out? Can people see enough value to invest their hard-earned money in it? Is the product delivering on what you promise? Does it have real efficiency and effectiveness? 3. Know Your Market Inside and Out. This is crucial. Who is your real customer? What do they care about? Understand your market so well that you know exactly who would benefit most from your product and why. In the end, the goal is simple: give people what they truly need and do it better than anyone else. If you can nail that, then you’re on the right path. This is where the true business game is played.
