so if I wanna make a tech startup and I am a cs student so I can build all my self but I don't have so much money so tell me a path what can I do should I make a prototype and get funding or make my project and than go for funding or any better choic

I don't have a company page, and to add some other company for the sake of it doesn't make sense.
I've seen folks with Computer Science degrees who consider themselves self-taught. Are there developers who don't consider themselves self-taught to an extent?
