I heard these line somewhere and I think as a founder or co-founder we should keep this in mind, so the line goes like:- If you want to know, the person is fit for any important role, be it in life or otherwise, check for these 5 points, if he/she ticks any of these. He/She still need to learn a lot and is not a fit for such roles. 👉 Extremely self centered 👉 lack of empathy 👉 NO control over his/her anger 👉 NO flexibility to entertain others opinion 👉 NO control over his words.
