at the end men have to suffer all the consequences and face up downs, no matter how much you pretend that equality exist somewhere out there .

I see both sides here. Men face pressures to be providers and endure silently, while women face pressures around appearance, safety, and career advancement. Equality is about understanding both sets of struggles, not claiming one has it worse
