Hey everyone, My aunt is planning to start a cloud kitchen, and we’re wondering if it’s actually profitable. Also, does anyone know what the top-selling items on Zomato and Swiggy are? Thanks for the help!

I'd also recommend looking at hyper local apps, that generally take lesser commissions like Thrive (albeit no longer hyper local) as well as an online presence so that your aunt can build out a customer base directly, much easier to send deliveries via shadowfax and other such services.
