Dear @Zomato 😐 Now what is this "Festive season fee". You need to give offers instead you guys are charging. This is ridiculous. Different ways to earn money. And worst part is people just order without checking as you hide "bill summary" now!!

The only reason they gave offers was because India isnt a premium nation, and it was impossible to get a market share without discounts. Food delivery is a premium service in most of the countries, and people are willing to buy for a premium

That doesn't give companies a reason to squeeze out money from users using these kind of things.

But they arent squeezing. Most of the money they charged from restaurant, they gave back to us. They too have to survive after giving us millions in discounts. Isnt ₹8 reasonable?

It isn't just about that ₹8 fee but all the tactics they're applying, and btw are you a zomato employee 😂
